Robert R. Duncan is founder and principal of Duncan Law Group located in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Duncan's practice concentrates on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice. and wrongful death claims throughout the State of Illinois and the Midwest. He has tried cases to verdict in both State and Federal Court obtaining millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Duncan is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Illinois College of Law. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers® each of the five years (2010-2014) and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association in 2012, 2013, and 2014. He is active in various national and local bar associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association where he regularly lectures on various topics related to civil practice and procedure.

He is also regularly invited to lecture on topics related to tort law at law schools throughout Illinois. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Association for Justice and the current President of the Illinois State Crime Commission, and also sits on the Board of the Police Athletic League of Illinois. He was also selected to serve on the University of Illinois College of Law Alumni Board of Directors.
