Attorney Robert R. Duncan is the founder and principal of Duncan Law Group in Chicago, Illinois. His practice concentrates on representing plaintiffs who have suffered from catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death throughout the State of Illinois and the Midwest. He also handles class action litigation across the country, representing plaintiffs in insurance and consumer fraud related matters. He has tried cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts, obtaining millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Attorney Robert R. Duncan has been recognized by his peers for 16 consecutive years as a Super Lawyer, including selection to the prestigious Super Lawyers® Top 100 list in 2016, 2018, and 2020–2026. He has also been named a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and honored as a Leading Lawyer for the past 10 years.
