Nicole Roti

Nicole R. Roti is a life-long Chicagoland resident. She graduated from DePaul University in 2000 and received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004. Following law school Nicole was Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, Torts Division. She defended the City of Chicago in premises liability, civil rights and wrongful death claims, trying over 30 cases to verdict.

Nicole is of counsel to Duncan Law Group, LLC, handling personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. Her extensive experience and trial practice make her a valuable member of the Duncan Law Group team.

She currently resides in Elmhurst, Illinois with her husband, Peter Alvarez, and their three young children. She’s active in her community, serving on various boards and associations.
