Jeffrey Grinde Jr. is an associate attorney in Duncan Law Group’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Duncan Law Group, Jeffrey practiced at Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel. Previously, while practicing at Foley & Lardner and Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, he successfully argued a matter of first impression involving First Amendment protections afforded to record labels, prosecuted a civil rights lawsuit that favorably settled on the eve of trial, led a plaintiff-side commercial arbitration, and counseled executives on whistleblower, retaliation, compensation, and discrimination claims.

Before practicing law, Jeffrey served as an EMT in rural Wisconsin and taught high school chemistry with the Peace Corps in Mozambique.
